Ordering Procedure

How can I order my custom written CV?
Ordering couldn’t be easier. Simply complete our online order form, pay for your CV via our secure PayPal card payment provider and we will send you your bespoke CV by email. We’ll contact you if there’s anything else that we need.

You will also be asked to select whether you would like:

A Student / Recent Graduate CV: a current student or recently graduated within one year and has limited work experience
A Starter CV: less than 12 months’ employment
An Intermediate CV: more than 1 - 10 years’ experience
A Senior or Sector Specific CV: between 10 - 20 years’ experience
An Advanced CV: over 20 years’ experience

What are your prices?

Our standard 7 day delivery for a full custom CV starts from just £49.99; a 5 day delivery deadline from only £69.99; our urgent 3 day service is £79.99. If you want to receive your CV the next day we charge from just £119.99, and as long as you place your order before noon, we can deliver your new CV direct to your email, the very same day from only £149.99. A standard length personal profile is just £14.99 and custom written letters are from £12.99.

How can I pay?
You can pay using a credit or debit card or by cash or bank transfer directly into our HSBC Bank Account. Card payments are processed via PayPal. PayPal accepts the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

How quickly can I get my CV?
You can select our standard 7 day delivery, express 5 day delivery or our urgent 3 day service, or our next day service. And, as long as you place your order before noon, we can even deliver your new CV direct to your email, the very same day!

What information does the writer need?
Simply complete our online order form. You will be asked a carefully formulated series of questions such as details of your achievements, career history, duties, responsibilities, education and qualifications.

Can I contact my CV expert?
Yes. You can contact your CV expert via our customer services department at any time. Simply send us an email us with your query and the specialist writer who has been assigned your CV will get back to you at the earliest opportunity.

Can I have amendments?
Yes. As long as you are applying for the same job, amendments to your CV are FREE for a period of 1 month following completion. If there is anything extra you would like to add or change, you can contact us any day of the week, every day of the year, from 8am-11pm Monday-Friday and 10am-6pm Saturday and Sunday and we will respond to your query within 10 – 20 minutes.
